+ 30 Personal Training sessions (SGPT)
+ Option of 16 Large Group Fitness sessions
we have 3/5 SGPT sessions available to book onto monday - friday
we have fitness sessions (metcon/engine) that can run alongside the personal training to give you the opportunity to improve your fitness
These sessions are all coach led and are proven to get results.

We help educate every member to be able to incorporate the right systems within there lifetsyle.
+ Dedicated personal coach
Our dedicated coaches are always on hand to help and support when needed,. but you will have a personal coach to help you be accountable and get all the support you need to achieve your goals and results.
+ FLEXIBLE CLASSES
At Phoenix Fitness Liverpool we totally understand you can't put your life on-hold to train. We provide convenient session times from 6am - 1:30pm and 5pm - 7:30pm, 5-days a week. Our schedule allows you too choose your times and days every week.

+ WHERE ARE YOU?
We are based in Liverpool, conveniently access from major routes and with dedicated parking.

+ WHEN DO I START ?
Once you have completed payment and attended the intro session you can start straight away
+ HOW DO I BOOK MY SESSIONS ?
Once signed up, you will book and access your sessions via our facility booking app.
+ DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE INTRO SESSION?
Yes. Every new member has to attend the intro session so that we can complete a simple movement screen, see where your currently at within your fitness journey and assign you to a coach. This is also a good way to show you how everything works.
+ DO I HAVE TO BE FIT TO START?
NO not at all. Everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness.
+ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 6 WEEKS?
You can carry on as a full member and receive all the extra benefits that come as a member and choose a membership that works for you. Or if you decide our gym isnt for you then we can part ways with no hard feelings.
